Oilseed Cleaning Machines

Several types of oilseed cleaning machines to separate different kind of impurities,such as sand,mud,iron,gravel etc.

Categoried by its specific functions,the machines are cylindrical preliminary cleaning sieve, De-stoner, metal(iron scrap) magenetic separator, vibration screening sieve cleaning machine.

By a series of screening approaches of vibration,gravity,magnetic, aerodynamics etc, the source materials can be saparated precisely based on its weight,density and particle sizes.

Seed Crushing Machine

The double teeth roll structure of the machine can efficiently chop granular materials twice into small pieces, to meet the requirement subsequent flaking processing and imrove flakes quality.

It is the main processing machine of edible oil press industry, and widely used for vegetable crop seeds,beans and nuts,e.g. soybean, peanut etc.

The size of shredding granules can be adjusted and controlled but typically 1/4-1/8 of plant seed original size.Our company has 9 types of seed crushing machine in terms of its roller size. Capacity range 200/300/500/1000 tons per day

Seed Dehulling/Shelling/Peeling Machines

Seed dehulling machines are also called seed peeling/seed husking decorticator, often used typically for oilseeds pre-treatment decortication process,or for hulled grain/crops, e.g. cottonseed, peanut etc.

The shelling jobs for different types of oilseed requires different machines, moreover some type of oilseed such as cottonseed requires addtional kernel shell separation machine.

Note:In edible oil production field,usually sunflower seed is not required to be peeled during oil pressing/extraction processing.

Oilseed Flaking Machine

With the rolling pressure of flaking machine, oilseed materials can be turned from granular particles into 0.3millimeter flakes.

The purpose is to obtain the maximum oil extraction yield rate, by increasing the surface contact area. After oilseed flaking process, seed oil residues only remains a low rate of 1 percent.

It’s designed for most of the types of oilseeds, capacity range 30,50,70,100,120,150 up to 200 tons per day. Flakes thickness (mm) :soybean <0.3; rapeseed <0.35; peanut <0.5 ;sunflower seed 0.3-0.5; cotton seed <0.4

Oilseed Cook Roasting Machine

The function of oilseed roasting machines is to humidify the oilseed, and then spray steam by heating and frying dry at the end.

Oilseed steaming process is a kind of ripening oilseed embryo process, aims to soften oilseed flakes to be cooked billet.It helps to improve oil press quality and increase seed oil yield rate.

After steaming, the mature oilseed material is completely ready to oil press processing. This machine can work continuously, with features of large capacity up to 300~400 tons per day, low power consumption, easy to adjust steaming parameter, easy to opertion and mainteniance.

Notes: Hereby only general-purpose oilseed processing machines are listed. Certainly pre-treatment processing is different for each type of oilseed. Some oilseed requires shell kernel separation processing e.g.cottonseed, or extrusion processing, e.g.soybean etc, which we didn't list here, please contact us for details.

Edible Oil Expeller Press Machines

Oilseed pressing Expeller (Model 200A-3)

Oil pressing expellers we produce mainly are continuous spiral screw/double screw machines,applicable for single pressing or twice pressing method.

For example,Model 200A-3 is a multi-purpose industrial oil expeller,not only for high oil content oilseeds e.g. peanut, rapeseed, cottonseed, sunflower seed etc,but also used for low oil content oilseed e.g.soybean or rice bran etc.

According to the clients’ requirement, by alternative exchange using the pressing cages/bars, this expeller can press different types of oilseeds for both high and low oil content.

Oil Pre-pressing Expeller (Model 202-3)

Edible oil pre-pressing processing is applicable for oilseeds that are of high oil content percentage, e.g.canola/rapeseed, sunflower oil seeds,peanut, cottonseed etc.

Pre-pressing expellers have a higher output capacity up to 300 tons per day by pre-pressing method, 180-240 tons per day by one-time pressing method on average.

Model 202-3 expeller is a single-use pre-pressing expeller, take a sample of cottonseed oil processing,capacity 40-50 tons per day, residual oil in cake 12-16%

We also produce dual-purpose pressing/pre-pressing expellers, such as Model YZY 290, it’s a best choice for pressing/solvent extraction large capacity dual processing method for oil mill plants.

Edible Oil Extractor Sets

After oilseed pressing/pre-pressing and/or extraction processing, “crude oil” has been produced with higher content impurities,not pure enough to reach edible oil standard, further refining process is required to clear away the unwanted stuff.

The main refinery secions includes:

Degumming (by hydration settlement method generally)
Deacidification (by either physical or chemical method)
Decolorization (add white clay as adsorbent)
Deodorization (by distillation method)
Dewaxing (optional,only for higher wax content oilseeds e.g.sunflower, corn germ, safflower seed,rice bran)
